The Leiden Centre for Linguistics
Paper on "The codifiers and the English language: tracing the norms of Standard English"

The main subject for the paper is Robert Lowth ‎(1710-1787)‎, Hebrew scholar, grammarian and, from 1777 onwards, Bishop of London. Lowth is credited with having written one of the most authoritative English grammars of the eighteenth century ‎(1762)‎. But he was preceded by John Ash ‎(1724-1779)‎, who had published a grammar called Grammatical Institutes for his five-year-old daughter in 1760.

This article suggests that Anna was born during or before 1755 depending on the delays of publishing in those days.
