Hide Details Note: 1871: Thomas Corbin has died, leaving Louisa 50 yrs with five children aged from 22 to eight. Her brother Henry Mannon 48, a tailor, is living with her.

1881: Henry Mannan is still with the family. They continue to live in the same family home in St Aubin, Folligny House. Louisa is now 64 and her brother 60. The children at home are Mary 26, Lydia 24 and Alfred 21. Mary is a governess, and Alfred has followed his father's trade to become a butcher. Hopefully, times are easier for Louisa and her family.

1891: Henry Mannan, tailor, has returned to his home town of St Aubin in the parish of St Brelade. He is living with his two sisters, Minnie, a school teacher; and Lydia, living from her own means.
