Note: In 1900 Alonzo C. Burnett' s family lived in Lawrence Co., Ohio, in Rome township. Cush was a "machine agent." His wife, Amy or Anny S. had nine children at home. She was about forty-one years old.
The children were Hershel 21, machinist; Lily 20, helps mother; Dudley 18, farm laborer; Fannie 15, at school; Polly 13, at school; Corbin eleven, at school; then Ruby eight; Della four and John two years old.
Memories
Note: According to Claudie Sheets, Cush was crippled; he had a leg off. Also, he has a little girl buried at Siloam. Perhaps it was Lillie Cedora, who was born 20 Dec 1879. He also said that Cush and Pete liked to have their fun. When they stayed at Uncle Dick's they did something with the hanes vs. the bit, which horse lovers will understand.
