She was born near Kerr Station on April 14, 1881, daughter of the late A.J. and Eliza Kincaid Langdon. Surviving besides her husband is one son, Thurman Boggs, Rt. 2 Bidwell, and a daughter, Ethel, at home. Two sisters and one brother survive, Mrs. Ed Raynor, Chillicothe Rd., and Mrs. D. W. Rees, Columbus, and Ernest Langdon, Gallipolis. Two grandchildren and one great-grandchild survive. Mrs. Boggs was a member of the Springfield Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m., Wednesday, at the McCoy Funeral Home in Vinton under the direction of Rev. Joseph C. Chapman. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home any time.
