Twenty-fifth Wedding Anniversary Celebrated
Sunday by Mr. and Mrs. Frank Robinson
Mr. and Mrs. M. Harold Brown entertained last night with a dinner part honoring her sister and brother-in-law Mr. and Mrs. Frank Robinson, who were celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary.
Greeting and gifts were showered on the honorees by their relatives and freiends, and Mrs. Robinson who is employed at the Holzer Hospital received a bouquet from her co-workers as well as a corsage from her brother R.B. Niday.
A large "wedding" cake, centering the festive table, was encircled with an arrangement of white pompom chrysanthemums and trailing ivy, as the guests assembled for the dinner.
Two of the guests, Mrs. J. Donald Robinson, the former Miss Olive Schreck, and Mrs. Joe Miller, the former Miss Blanche Spear were present at the Robinson's wedding. In addition to the honorees, others enjoying the party last night were Mr. Donald Robinsons, Mr. Joe Miller, Mr. and Mrs. Hollis queen, Mr. and Mrs. R. B. Niday, Jimmy Robinson and Miss Mary Rose, Domar Lewis, Mr. and Mrs. Brown and daughter Martha
Miss Charlene Robinson a student at Ohio University was unable to be here with her parents for the celebration.

She worked at Gallia Produce Company for several years, and as a bookkeeper at Womeldorff and Thomas and Holzer Hospital. She also operated Robinson's Meat Market. She retired in 1974 from Ohio Bureau of Employment Services.
Born Sept. 1, 1905 in Gallia County, she was a daughter of the late Ezra C. and Goldie Burnett Niday.
She was preceded in death by her husband, C. Frank Robinson, in March 1971. They were married in July ‎[actually January]‎ 1927 in Gallipolis.
Surviving are a son, James D. and Mary K. Robinson of Gallipolis; one sister, Eloise Brown of Ft. Myers, Fla.; two grandsons, John C. and Robert D. Black; two granddaughters, Suzelle Snowden and Jeni Robinson; two great grandchildren and one sister, Eloise Brown of Ft. Myers, Fla. ‎[repeated!]‎
She was a member of First Baptist Church in Gallipolis, where she served in many capacities.
Services will be conducted Wednesday, 1 p.m. at First Baptist Church, Rev. Joseph Godwin officiating. Burial follows at Mound Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at Willis Funeral Home on Tuesday, 6 to 9 p.m. The body will be taken to the church one hour prior to services.
