Unroe James H M Montgomery Samuel Jarves W. S. Gardner and John Holcomb as a Committe to arrange by Laws where upon those present took the oath of Peseribea by the league and then adjourned to Meet at 2 oclock on the Next Saturday at which time the by laws will be made.

Hide Details Note: By 1910 Hugh was reaching the end of his life. He was 84 years old.

His daughter Alphonzene 54 years and her physician husband Salathiel Williams 54 years along with their 24-year-old son Stanley were living with Hugh.

Also in the household were Hugh's sons Frank B. 42 and Hugh C. Jr. 34 years. Hugh and his wife Bessie 27 years had been married for only one year.

There was a domestic servant named Sarah Brumfield, aged 21.
