Biographical Notes	Note: In the 1900 federal census we find that Charles Shaw was 26 years old. He had been born in Ohio, but he didn't know where his parents had been born, which suggests perhaps that he was orphaned as a boy. He was farming in Ohio township. Anna M., Charles' wife, was 21 years old and had had two children both of whom were living: Brady four and Belva eight months. Anna's parents were both born in Ohio. Anna and Charles had been married for five years. Brady became a fruit and vegetable inspector for US Department of Agriculture.
