Shep's Place Family Tree

During the smallpox epidemic in 1892 he poured bromine around his house every night because he thought that it would protect his family against the germs of the dreaded disease.

By1900 he and Kate were 41 years old and had 9 children ranging in age from 1 to 21.

Henry died in 1905. By 1910 Kate still had 8 children at home.
