Note: Poor Mary! Her cause of death was delirium tremens--three days. She died on the morning of September 6, 1904, aged 48 years 4 months and one day.
Note: 1900: The Krautters live on First Street. Henry 44 is a coal miner. He and Mary have been married for 24 years, and during that time Mary 44 has had 13 children of whom eight are living. The six children at home are Nellie 21, Fannie 15, Richard 14, Harry 11, Frank six and Christy three. Like his father, Richard is a coal miner.
1910: Henry 53 a widower (Mary died in 1904), a coal miner, with four of his children at home: Richad 22, Harry 20, Frank 17 and Christy 14.
