Shep's Place Family Tree

Anderson Lambert and Willie A. Brown were issued a licence to marry on 22nd day of June 1881. Anderson Lambert made the application and swore that he is of the age of 21 years and has no wife living and that Willie A. Brown is of the age of 18 years, a resident of said County, and has no husband living and that said parties are not nearer kin than second cousins. Anderson made a mark, so apparently he couldn't write. They were married by J.G. Dawson, JP.
