Note: When Sarah and Jonathan Carey moved from Hemel Hempstead to London in 1850, Sarah transferred her church membership from Boxmoor to Bloomsbury Chapel ‎[Bloomsbury Baptist Church]‎. She and Jonathan were married in an Anglican Church, which was compulsory in that time. Jonathan was buried at Abney Park Cemetery which was not far from their home in Hackney. Sarah died years later and in a different area, so she is buried elsewhere.

By 2002 the site of Kent House was occupied by a block of flats and had been renumbered. Adjacent surviving houses are large, detached and double-fronted. It is likely that Kent House was identical.
